Born in Burton, Matthew started his property career in 1990 just at the start of the previous downturn of the property market. Those bad times and the good times that followed have given him a wealth of experience and knowledge to help keep properties moving. Happy Birthday Mike!

Spring in Bournemouth!
Many of us still cannot believe it... But if you are fast enough you can take a photo of beautiful flowers or blooming trees showing theirs colours in sunshine. Be fast as it's going to rain (or snow:)).
But if you are still not convinced that the spring has come we cannot blame you... Snow is falling across central and northern parts of the UK! This photo was taken a couple of days ago in central Europe. When I arrived back to Bournemouth, I stopped complaining and did appreciate our mild climate in Dorset.
