Born in Burton, Matthew started his property career in 1990 just at the start of the previous downturn of the property market.  My day usually consists of a morning run down the beach, trying to eat as healthy as I can throughout the day, speaking to as many applicants as possible, doing viewings on properties for sale and let and always on the look out for new properties.

   Sales/Lettings Negotiator

JOB  FOCUS:

   My usual day would consist of doing viewings on properties to sell or let. I would usually tout for new properties and do current market appraisals.

Having two offices now means your property will get double the exposure, you will have double the manpower selling/letting your property.

Our great work ethic and determination sets us aside from the usual estate agents. Plus unlike most agent we get to use our own discretion rather then have the computer says no approach.

 Dubai :) But I would also appreciate an opportunity of living in Sandbanks or Christchurch quay area.
